Just my opninion of course, but I say let the Fillibuster stand, but make 'em do it.

I don't think there is a thing wrong with the Fillibuster, just so long as they require that someone be on the floor speaking for every minute of it. I'd even say they should allow reasonable breaks, let me suggest 15 or 20 minutes once ever two or three hours. The fillibuster should not be torture but it should at least be a real event that every American who wants to can watch and listen to live on C-Span-II.

Do you disagree?

Make them get a catheter, and stand upright at the podium, with no notes, nothing to lean on, nothing to drink or eat, no breaks no nothing.
