A. She is a conservative Republican.
B. She is an elected official in a very conservative area.

This trial turned out perfectly for her.

A. She looks like she did the right thing. (However much she overstepped with the murder 2 charge)
B. The outcome of the trial won't impact her reelection changes.

And if I heard correctly this is the same prosecutor that put Marrisa Alexander a black woman in jail for 20 years for firing a warning shoot into the ceiling to discourage her abusive husband.

This all just reeks.

I thought she looked pleased as punch with the verdict. You could tell Mantei was pissed, and she was 180 degrees from his remarks.

I did see one of the prosecutors mention Trayvon' s parents and he sounded angry with an appropriate demeanor, but I don't remember anyone named Mantei.

The guy on the team who was responsible for arguing the points of law, like the move to acquittal argument when Prosecution closed their case.

I thought she was trying to project confidence in response to the notion that the prosecution blew it.

I got more of a 'don't even try to blame me for this' vibe.

I begin to feel we were played from the beginning. I would go so far as to say the jury itself was a plant. We here at DU were frequently dumbfounded by the poor prosecution of the case....it all seems to smell today.
