If the board of a corporation feel they're in danger of their lives

In Florida, can they kill people to avoid it, both real and corporate people? (Remember corporations are people under the law of the land.)

I'm not an attorney, but inquiring minds want to know!

Personally, I think they're on drugs. And they've got hidden weapons. Ruthless. A clear danger to the community... I'm afraid.
