Submit to a system that fucks you or have the system taunt you for reacting?

Who are we to decide what is the best, most rational reaction.

Im white. Its not my place. I won't judge

It degrades those who participate in it.

The legal system is not played out yet. Zimmerman can still be brought up on federal charges.

Martin Luther King never participated in a riot. And black men were swinging from the trees during his lifetime.

And who is to say this violence is "random". Seems pretty well provoked to me.

More bullshit to keep people passive

Martin Luther King never participated in a riot.

And? He is no saint. Saints don't exist. We are all just humans. Formally beasts. Im not particularly sure why we must conform to a machine that strips us of such humanity with total and utter disregard

But no...I'm not advocating anything. Im just questioning what is the truly most human and rational reaction, and stating it is not my place to judge. Carry on everyone.

And while valid, it differs from mine.

Silence and calm screams right now, IMHO.

"Calm" and "whispers" don't generate change. Lots of very angry people fighting for justice does. The damn SYG laws, the NRA/ALEC's role in engineering this atmosphere, and the de facto racism in our culture.

Riots only come when the cops mobilize.

I'm just saying burning down your neighborhood tonight will solve nothing.
