This law was passed under a Democratic governor (Reubin Askew) in '74, and hasn't really been a problem.

Now, how the Sandford police department, and the SA handled the case? Completely open for scrutiny.

If you were the one on trial, you would certainly understand that everything else is just noise.

This case was decided by a jury, who went through a lot of evidence. The NRA wasn't at the table.
