his death was apparently not big enough news for them to report it..
They did go into tremendous detail regarding the multiple ARRESTS made for som pretty insignificant goings-on..

..... so the information posted in the Herald was correct.

No charges so it doesn't show in police arrest reports that the reporter uses to compile the story.
Any story would have required knowledge by the paper that a shooting occurred and a reporter would have had to interview people and come up with a story to write.
I don't view this as anything intentional.

of police did not think a crime had been committed, i.e, the mentality of where's the crime when an pistol-packing adult has shot an unarmed black child to death for no discernible reason.
