Have women been throwing these things in Texas? Kinda doubt it. Seems like a male idea, to deliberately humiliate them, make them feel intimidated.

i just read this on twitter and came here because i cannot even believe what i read and wanted to see if there was a thread on it. HOW can this possibly even be legal? Taking hygene products from women? I wanted all the toilet paper removed from the mens room too at the very least....... i hope this leads to a HUGE lawsuit against the texas state government.
