Joe Scarborough, Mika Brzezinski 'Strongly Disagree' With Pat Buchanan's Exit From MSNBC

Morning Joe" co-hosts Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski issued a statement on Friday saying that they "strongly disagree[d]" with Pat Buchanan's exit from MSNBC.

It was announced Thursday that Buchanan would be leaving the network after 10 years. He had not been seen on MSNBC since the October release of his latest book, "Suicide Of A Superpower." The book contained some typically controversial sections, such as a chapter titled "The End Of White America." Gay rights and civil rights groups launched a campaign against Buchanan, calling for him to be fired from MSNBC.

After a months-long absence, MSNBC president Phil Griffin finally said that Buchanan had been kept deliberately off of the air because of the contents of the book. On Thursday, Buchanan wrote a column saying that he had been hounded off the air by left-wing "blacklisters."

And Squawk Box. Why do you want Joe to quit? I like the new young guy too that subs for Maddow.

And I'm not surprised he disagrees with Buchanan's firing. He's obviously in love with the guy!

they have their own "special" channel (Fox), and have infiltrated every other station/channel over time, so anytime one of them gets the boot from a non-Fox venue, I also celebrate.

The fact that CNN and MSNBC are still falling into the "fair & balanced" trap, is distressing to me.

Facts are what they are..facts.

Having a person on, who believes the facts and a counter-balance of another who disbelieves facts, does not make facts less "factier".

It sickens me to see almost every show on MSNBC now has "minders" included in most cases. All these idiots do, is gobble up time and interrupt people who DO have something important to say.

Let them all gravitate to Fox, and any who want entertainment can watch them there I prefer to not have to watch republican Time Bandits distort and lie, and be treated as if they were on par with the people who prefer facts.
