40/29 (TV station) Warns Viewers About Campaign Ads (Randall Terry)

http://www.4029tv.com/politics/30478405/detail.html

FORT SMITH, Ark. -- Beginning Thursday, viewers will see campaign ads on 40/29 from Democratic presidential candidate Randall Terry.

Terry is not on the ballot everywhere, but he is on the ballot for Oklahoma's primary on March 6.

The ads contain images of aborted babies that some people may consider offensive.

The Federal Communications Commission enforces laws when it comes to airing political commercials. Broadcasters are required to accept and air -- without editing -- the paid advertising of all legally qualified candidates for president.

40/29's coverage area includes Oklahoma, so the station is obligated under federal law to make its airwaves available to candidates of federal office in that state.

They are disgusting and simply lies. Here is a link to the ad video, but beware it is awful.
