Is the Catholic Church concerned about employee insurance paying for ALL forms of contraception?

If so, are they upset that their insurance has been paying for tubal ligations and vasectomies? Or is it false outrage.

The find sterilization to be worse than many other forms (all but the ones which prevent a fertalized egg from attaching to the uterus) of birth control.
