A modest proposal

In order to achieve the Republican dream that no fertilized egg be aborted, I propose that every male age 12 in America have a vasectomy. Think of it as a rite of passage.
Thus no eggs can be fertilized and therefore cannot be aborted.
Reverse vasectomies will be given only to those men over 21 who can prove desire to start and support a family at least until the 25th birthday of the youngest child.
Charges for reverse vasectomies will not be covered by insurance per the precedence set by birth control pills.
Birth control pills will be reproductive system stabilizers and will be covered by insurance.

We believe that stopping fertilizations will stop abortions.

Thank you.

{need I say sarcasm?}
