but thanks to already losing a lot of forward momentum it did not complete the action... thank goodness, loss of life would likely have been much worse.

cartwheels - it didn't flip but it came close.
Now I understand the severe spinal and head injuries.

Those flight attendants were amazing. Yes they practice a lot but everyone was already roughed up in there.

Bodies found outside the plane. What a horrible death, and I feel so bad for their parents, sending their kids to the USA for a summer camp only to find out they never made it.

and would likely have hit before the runway if he hadn't tried to climb at the last minute.

Having the nose up probably saved ~307 lives.

If he hadn't lifted the nose..they would have hit the wall and killed them all....IMO


I also wondered how,many times that pilot landed on that runway....

A woman carried her inured son out of a hole in the fuselage....

Geez.....awful and miraculous at the same time.

hole in it. If the dead were found on the ground, they had to have come out that hole. Sounds likely.
