The old bait-and-switch: They want Obama to take the future responsibility for the cuts they demand.

1st step:
Obama should announce that the debt-ceiling is not up for negotiation.

2nd step:
Obama should hammer them campaign-style:
* They want to steal your Medicare.
* They want the least among us to pay for tax-cuts for the rich.
* Chained CPI -> buzzword "cat-food commission"
* They are threatening to destroy our economy if they don't get their way.
* They want to cut programs that millions of Americans rely on and then pretend it wasn't their idea.

3rd step:
When the milking is done, Obama should abolish the debt-ceiling.
