Who obtained US citizenship just to get Clearance so he work in Intelligence field and feed information back to a non US entity?

In the IT field, there are many Cleared foreign born nationals who are naturalized...

Snowden applied for a job just to get access to potentially classified information..

These were Russians who were supposedly taught to be Americans and then sent here to live here and spy. Wasn't that red headed spy who offered to marry him purportedly one of those moles? So you think Snowden could be a national of another country who was taught to be an American for the purpose of spying?

And Snowden joined the army to serve in the Iraq war, but was unable to complete the special forces training due to an accident. I think that shows a fair degree of patriotism in his background.

I didn't look into his background any further, but I wouldn't be surprised if his grandfather or other ancestors were also military. It seems to run in families in some sections of the country.

And what if the Russian government did all the things our own has done in a clumsy scramble to make an example of him?

I expect you'd be cheering for Snowden and saying we should offer him amnesty.
