Amie Stepanovich, Director of the Domestic Surveillance Project at Electronic Privacy Information Center (EPIC), announced that her organization is submitting a petition asking the Supreme Court to vacate Foreign Surveillance Intelligence Court (FISC) ruling that authorized the National Security Agency’s (NSA) to siphon up metadata on all domestic phone calls on Monday.

I'm sorry if I offend but My wife and I are FIRM believers in the constitution and it's amendments.

The Patriot Act and other such acts which allow our principle freedoms to be erased out of the EXCUSE of "Protecting us" is Plain B.S.

The 4th amendment should include our electronic documents as well as paper and our phone calls shouldn't be listened to.

I've done nothing wrong AND this Bull Crap line "If you aren't guilty you have nothing to hide.." is just stupid!

Why are they hiding so much? Why do they classify so much under National Security?
