Now, we have a winner at Google Science fair who make a torchlight that can be charged by palm temperature.
So, I am wondering that if it is possible to charge an iPhone by using body temperature (via a heat receptor that was clipped under the armpit). In your opinion, is it possible?

Most of the body is covered with clothing, so that wouldn't work well at high enough output for charging. You'd be better off with a solar charger attached to a hat. Of course that might be a little funny-looking.
Many things that are possible make no sense on a practical level.

That said it might be easier to develop a charger that fit in the heel of your shoe and used the energy available when you put your foot down and pick it up as your walk.
