Is that a bald faced lie? I mean, of course it is, but here, let me prove it:

The recent house break-ins in the neighborhood was being done by... whom? Far as I've heard, it was young black males.

So, he was on the lookout for young black males.

Yet, when he's asked point-blank if he'd have done the same if the kid had been white, he claims yes.

BULL.SHIT.

Regardless of whether it was motivated by racism or by profiling based on recent crime history in the vicinity, CLEARLY he profiled.

So, he lied, flat out lied, in that interview.

2. You are lacking in the cites of the evidence.

This is a legal case. Legal cases are not based on what others think is in the mind of the defendant. They're based on evidence.

There is no evidence that GZ was profiling (even if that's illegal...and I don't think it is, in that case - profiling is a legal thing disallowed for law enforcement in certain situations). There is no evidence that GZ even knew TM's race, when he started following him & called in to 911.

If you have evidence of those two things, let's hear it.

Also, I take your word for it that the crime in the neighborhood had been committed mainly by young black males, but for a legal case to be made, evidence would need to be entered for that. We don't really know that for sure, do we?

3. I believe we do know that

One of the perps had been arrested just prior to the shooting, so I imagine the race/sex/age etc of that perp was known to Zimmerman.

I bet it one digs, you could find evidence of exactly this, that Zimmerman was on the lookout for young black males looking suspicious.

So then how is that not profiling? I'm not saying that he SHOULDN'T have been looking for people who fit the description, but HE said that he wasn't. If he wasn't then what exactly WAS he looking for?

6. the evidence is that he was incorrectly profiling- a white man had been seen in one of the

burglaries. Also, some had happened during the day.
A black teen had already been recently arrested. The race and looks of most perps were completely UNKNOWN.
He was an idiot and a racist to jump to conclusions.
