Has anyone considered how this fact played into the decision to not prosecute the son?
Unfortunately, the father is a bigot, too....which leaves me wondering.

(14,337 posts)Assault of a female bar patron when he was a bouncer. Even Assault against Law Enforcement Officer. How many people, whose Daddies weren't a Judge, would have all these charges dropped?

(20,600 posts)and that has something to do with why the police decided Zimmerman should be let go with no charges. I also have read on DU that this particular police department has a record of racial incidents - blacks on the receiving end of them.

Sort of like that faux thing one puts in their car sometimes allowing person to avoid a speeding ticket in a different
state.(Does that actually stop a ticket?)
Sort of like how 41 got 43 from actually doing much of anything during the Vietnam war, you mean.

(37,364 posts)The jury can make it decisions based on the evidence presented to them. However, there are other facts out there too. Not sure what your point is.
