I am almost 64. I have been an RN for 35 years, married for 34. I have two college degrees.
How does someone loving and wanting to marry someone of the same sex hurt anyone else? It does not threaten me or my marriage. It does not offend me in ANY way. It does not change anyone who is not involved. I just do not understand why someone who does not even know the people involved would be so upset about it. I suspect they would be better off being focused on their own lives, I bet there are things that need their attention, compassion, concern. Or as my husband would say...."you know they really give Christians a bad name"......those phony, self righteous "Christians".

But then he said something i found really disturbing,He said when he showed supporters of gay marriage a ad 25% of them changed their minds..
