during a trial. The jury will be watching them and they might misinterpret an emotional reaction. So the defendant is encouraged to keep his behavior as neutral as possible.

IMO

He describes the person on the bottom as Zimmerman who was crying for help.....Mark Mara walked him right into that.

The defendant acted the same way, but I don't think he was drugged.

I'm guessing his attorney advised him to be impassive, but I'm not sure why. As a juror, I would have expected him to at least show some interest in the proceedings.

I think he had gum in his mouth too. So they upped his dose today.

Glad he's not giving me the stink eye in court! <shudder>
