"Governor Perry, Bless his heart."

From Leticia Van de Putte on Chris Hayes. If the scathing Southern put down "bless his heart," wasn't clear enough, she went on to say "Governor Perry gets confused sometimes and forgets important things." "Bless his heart."

With her parliamentary inquiry:

I kind of fell in love with her right then and there. Especially knowing that this incredible woman had just left her father's funeral that afternoon to attend the session.

The chair never recovered control of the gallery after that inquiry which resulted in SB 5 turning into a pumpkin at midnight.
