power from Obama. I wonder if Obama went topless, like Putin does in photo ops, he could gather a little bit of that power back.

a time when there were two ultimate powers. He was KGB. I'm sure he's enjoying the shine coming off Obama and he will not do anything to end this Snowdon problem soon.

That is keeping the other developing nations of Brazil, India and China looking at the USA with suspicion...and keeping most of wary of US interference and more dependent on Russia for its energy.
