I don't see this bill having any chance of passing in the House. This would be one of the Obama administration's greatest achievements. And that is something Republicans simply cannot allow. I don't know, maybe I'm being too cynical.

(130,974 posts)'this' bill will probably not pass, or even be entertained, in the House. They MAY pass their own bill, and then try to massage the 2 into one in committee.
