Federal Sanctions Check--Help me understand exactly what it is?
My wife switched to a new company but doing the same job in Home health. This is the first agency that is actually fingerprinting her AND doing something called a Federal Sanctions check on her.
I tried looking it up but I got so confused by the website I went too.
What is it exactly. I mean my wife has never been arrested yeah she has gotten a ticket in her life but who hasn't--and does that really make a person a bad person for a ticket--anyways she really has high hopes for this job.
She can actually make her schedule in a sense--IF any of you know my wife's issues she has federal Grand Jury and this job will actually let her schedule around it. This is the type of company she always wanted to get with but now this whole fingerprinting thing has her nervous.
She always worries about the Child Abuse and criminal (state) coming back wrong but now she really worried.
Is she freaking out for nothing?
