Spilt seed
Gov. Rick Perry (R-TX) has called a special session of the TX State Legislature to deal with the pressing issue of spilt seed.
Spilt seed has put men in danger and men must be protected by the great State of Texas. Viagra/Cialis and a multitude of generic brands that produce the same effect, have become rampant in their use by Texas men. Much of the time a doctor is handing this medicine out like candy, with no scientific proof the male patient needs it. The doctors just believe the man's spoken word with very few follow up tests to determine the actual need or efficacy of these medicines, and their effect on society. The explosion of the popularity of these pills, with very little oversight from politicians, potentially is creating billions or trillions or zillions of un used sperm, otherwise known as spilt seed. Most of these sperms cells will never have the chance of fertilizing a woman's egg, thereby killing a baby before its been conceived.
The new law the legislature is considering, and likely to pass, includes provisions for men who seek out a prescription for Viagra, to undergo a penile ultrasound, they must watch a video concerning splt seed, prior to obtaining a prescription. The video is to inform men how spilt seed possibly causes the death of a yet unformed fetus. Jesus weeps everytime a male has an erection unnaturally, with the aid of medicine, as it that is not gods will. Gods will is for men who are impotent to never have an erection again.
To keep men who seek this medicine safe from sinning and possibly preventing a pregnancy by the spilt seed Viagra causes, they will have to go to a fully accredited hospital. No longer will they be able to visit a clinic or the doctors to procure the script. Also, there will be a law that protects pharmacists who object to dispensing this medicine on religious grounds.
The legislature will convene July 1, 2013, and the likelihood is these measures will pass with a healthy margin in the Republican controlled legislature.
