Have you, within the past decade, witnessed or been subjected to racism?

I think the supreme court decision is extremely misguided ... the justices have no idea what it means to be at the receiving end. I have seen it multiple times in the past decade. Folks who use their official power to mask their racial hatred.

Things like a cop wagging his finger ordering you 'come here' and being handed multiple tickets for no real fault of mine to being given the run around to being ignored/denied service - these things still happen. I know it.

Do you agree that there is still lot of racism to go around?

We cover the back country...I will not admit to being Jewish. And the nice blood flag was just a bonus.

For a company event.

After the event, about 40% of the photos were virtually unusable.

I noticed a similarity in the 40%. The 'photographer' explained to me that it was really, really hard to photograph blacks.

I've fired two co-workers in the past six years for consistent use of racial pejoratives in the workplace. One was obvious about, the other simply thought he was clever (great thing about people who think they're clever-- more often than not, they're not).

I was accused as being a racist by a defense attorney, during my testimony in a trial of a black gang banger who tried to kill me in a robbery attempt. THE Defense Attorney was white too and I am an old guy who let two black gangbangers into my home. (I was pretty skeptical of them due to the dress, hair, colors, shoes etc and made a decision to allow them entry even though I had my misgivings, even telling myself that they looked like Alan Iverson and I would let Alan Iverson into my house. (He dressed like a gang banger).

My home at the time was in a upper middle class hood that had not many minorities of any type. my kids had black friends and they came over all the time and I had no problem with them (some of their white friends on the other hand........) but these guys were new to me. And dressed like gang bangers. Sagging, cornrows, bright red accessories, untied shoes etc....I came home and a huge knot of kids, black and white, including the two gang bangers went into the house right in front of me. I remember thinking that.

Five minutes later, I am laying on the ground with a black gang banger pointing a gun at me saying "Hoop_D this mutha fucka" while pulling the trigger. ( I asked him to move his hoop_D (car) from the middle of the road when I came up....they didn't) After shooting one round in the house in the room the kid were in. (I Fled)

the Defense used a racist thing against my testimony, asking me how I knew it was a black person in regards to hearing what went on and what I saw. And you know what? he might have been right. I testified that I knew it was a black person yelling in the room without seeing them just by the way they talked. "Could it have been someone who was wearing gloves? when I said i saw a arm with a gun in it, a black arm.....

really weird and that incident changed me forever and ever.

skin, dark hair and dark eye. I used to also have a full beard well when I went to Texas to meet my girlfriends parents for the first time they basically were horrified they're daughter is dating a muslim or moslim as they said mind you I'm not muslim at all. To quote them you do know those people attacked us. They had to apologize and things are still a bit cold from me to them. While not as bad as those who are truly minorities would feel still shocked the hell out of me.
