...it will be like a repeat of that fateful week in Jan. 2010 when Ted Kennedy's former seat was captured by a tea party-backed Republican and the Supreme Court handed down Citizens United (with the exact same 5-4 majority).
We must vote in EVERY election, EVERY time. The only way to gain a long-term liberal majority on the Supreme Court is to keep the White House and the Senate in Democratic hands.
