The U.S. Senate is about to vote on an amendment that would make life more difficult for undocumented people than the current immigration bill does. If the Corker-Hoeven amendment passes, we'd to have to spend $30 billion dollars we don't have on more Border Patrol agents than we have troops in Afghanistan before any immigrants have even a chance at a 10-year pathway to citizenship.
