Facts are facts: a child was buying candy at the store. Zimmerman followed him in his truck for a while, driving slowly. When that child became frightened, he ran away. Zimmerman, a grown man, grabbed his gun and chased the boy into the rainy, darkening sky.

Those are all facts, not even facts in dispute by the defense.

And THAT'S when the murder occurred. The killing and Zimmerman's alleged bush whacking occurred later, but the murder train started rolling when Zimmerman began chasing an innocent kid.

of Arizona Juice was a weapon that Trayvon used to beat Zimmerman. The Defense attorney actually stated that the jury needed to take note that the can was full and that was needed to be understood because it would be relevant later in the trial.
