I think that I would be asking the judge to just shoot me and put me out of my misery if I have to listen to that incompetent defense attorney much longer. I don't know how on earth anyone could possibly listen to the case impartially after listening to that buffoon. Having to have the judge continually instruct the defense attorney to what an opening statement is and how the case is conducted makes you wonder why on earth this guy was hired in the first place.
