Snowden A No Show On Flight From Russia To Cuba

MOSCOW (AP) — Aeroflot says a Cuba-bound flight for which National Security Agency leaker Edward Snowden was registered has departed from Moscow, but he has not been seen on board.

An airline representative told The Associated Press that the Havana-bound flight has left Moscow. The representative, who wouldn’t give her name as she wasn’t authorized to speak to the media, said Snowden wasn’t on the flight.

AP reporters on the flight couldn’t see Snowden in the seat he booked or anywhere else on the plane.

Can you imagine the machinations going on between all the governments involved and the plans being formulated in the mind of the "spy" on the run?

In my opinion, his biggest crime is that he has embarrassed the NSA and the CIA, not that he has given away any vital information.

to ensure he safely eludes American attempts to capture (or worse).

Regardless of how one feels about Snowden and this entire episode, the administration is truly boxed in, with few or no good options, and everything they do and say simply makes them look worse to the world, IMO.
