Gay couple loses baby, files lawsuit. Rightfully so.
The headline reads "Baby's death, agency's response results in lawsuit".
It seems that these ladies are married to each other and lost a baby in utero after the boy strangled on his umbilical chord. Very sad story. What's sadder still is the Iowa DHS response to the couple losing their baby. The agency didn't even list both parents on the death certificate. What a bunch of crap! Even though gay marriage is legal in Iowa, anti gay bigotry isn't.
