Romneys "win" in Maine is bullshit. Two+ counties missing

Romney didn't win Maine. He didn't lose it either yet. The Maine Republican party posted a spreadsheet with the vote totals. 2 full counties plus several precincts haven't voted yet. The result is BS at best and election theft at worst. Here is the spreadsheet.

Does anyone live in Aroostook and Washington counties?

Will that hold up in court? And will the caucuses still affect delegate counts or do those counties go I unrepresented?
