I wonder if BushCo tentacles reach to the new Utah NSA Facility

I was wondering who got the contract to build this gargantuan repository of every fucking electronic communication on planet Earth? Who built the servers? Who has the major service contracts at the facility? In short, who is getting rich from this small bit of the multi-Trillion dollar War on TERROR.

I don't know how but I am sure Bush built a pipeline straight from the U.S. Treasury to Carlyle and Halliburton.Sort of a nice little built in perpetual annuity on the public dime.
What I really want to know is who do the Bushes really work for?
Who tells them what to do?
