Is it time for the DOJ to let this Snowden investigation go?

Haven't we had enough divisiveness? Isn't this a major distraction from the Obama administration's 2nd term legislative agenda? We have been told in the past when the CIA broke the law that it didn't matter because they acted in good faith. It sure looks like Snowden acted in good faith so continuing an investigation does nothing but distract the country from building a better America.
