When I was read in to my first security clearance they showed us the movie as a reminder to not fuck up and betray the government. Snowden Snowman.

Boyce became dismayed by our manipulation of friendly foreign governments, namely the ousting of Australian PM Gough Whitlam from office.
The rest is history.
First thing that popped to my mind when I read the Snowden story was "Falcon and the Snowman".
