Fertility tests should be required before marriage

Since marriage is for procreation, tests should be done so that infertile people cannot get married, e.g. men with vasectomies, women with tubal ligations, post-menopausal women, etc.

Older men who procreate are more likely to have children with genetic disabilities, too.

Older men who've had prostate surgery shouldn't be allowed to marry either (the vas deferens and seminal vesicles are removed, too.)

Old or infertile people are okay because of the mythical precedent of Abraham's wife's very late conception (iirc she was about 90?) but if you're paralyzed or something and can't have penis-in-vagina sex? No marriage for you.
