Checkmate: Knights takes Bishop

the insurer for the religious entities in question, rather than the employer, would be responsible for providing contraceptive coverage free of charge for employees

After listening to the Obama press conference I could not help but think how
Obama has just snapped all the Bishops from the board of chess; he has just
given free birth control for women. wow! what a move by this president.

Now, all democrats has to do is shout from the top of their lungs that women
get free birth control anywhere in American, boom! case close.

..."Now, go fuck yourselves you self-righteous, misogynistic pigs."? Because, I'm pretty sure that's what he was thinking. Of course, he'd say it with a smile.

Affordable Health Care Act has prescribed certain things insurance companies must do (cover BCP without a co-pay for example), cannot do (cannot deny on a preexisting condition for example) and must cover (children of insured people up to age 26 regardless of student/employmet etc).

Churches are not insurance companies.

Churches were NEVER required therefore, to cover any contraceptions, because they are not the actual insurance companies. Churches buy insurance from insurance companies.

Unless a church and it's employees are self insured, (how common would this situation be?) nothing really has changed.

Churches and Santorum *think* they just won something.
