Moore Ok. Schools

This was posted on Wednesday, before Fridays repeat ass kicking by yet another tornado.

http://usnews.nbcnews.com/_news/2013/05/30/18615223-oklahoma-school-will-rise-from-rubble-with-or-without-safe-room?lite

Excerpt:
Construction vehicles started tearing down what was left of Plaza Towers on Thursday morning. The school, which collapsed under the powerful EF5 force of a May 20 tornado, will eventually be rebuilt on the same spot — but whether it will include a storm shelter this time is still up for debate.

"That's part of the dialog that we're starting right now. It's so preliminary at this point. It's really not a Moore public schools issue as much as it belongs to the state and the county and the communities of Moore and south Oklahoma City that were affected," Anna Trowbridge, a volunteer spokeswoman for Moore public schools, said.

How's that playing the odds and praying working out for you?

Damn I feel sorry for the children of such ignorant leaders.

And for Coburn to brag that they still had PLENTY of money left for disaster aid, only to get bitch slapped by more tornadoes on Friday displays a hubris that demands to be removed from decision making. Inhofe also.

With sympathy and sadness for those lost this time due to damn stupid politicians.

and dig out a shelter and line it with cinderblocks as long as the whole site is being cleared.

Moore gets hit by killer storms often enough that you'd think they'd just do this without asking stupid questions.
