something at here DOD enabled job that made it possible for her not to have to do anything else for the rest of the month in (Spring of 2012), I can't say I have much sympathy.

Not all of them do this sort of thing, but I still bet it's a pretty BIG ticket item in budgets.

growing rich off of no-bid deals they do poorly and by hiring near slave labor?
Outfits like Kellogg Root & brown or Halliburton. Perhaps use superior and honorable Marines rather than Merc scum that attack civilians when drunk to guard diplomatic groups, fuck Blackwater's high profit margin or Xe or whatever new name they are using to hide from their shame.

DOD civilian employees work for a living and are not growing rich like the contractors.
