Rick Santorum is anti contraception. He is on tape saying, “Many of the Christian faith have said, well, that’s okay, contraception is okay. It’s not okay. It’s a license to do things in a sexual realm that is counter to how things are supposed to be.”
Hmmm, the Church teaches that contraception is wrong because it interferes with procreation which is God's plan. Rick says it's wrong because it lets people do things sexual. Seems like Rick's real problem is that sex is fun and he's mortally afraid that someone somewhere is having fun.
Voter turnout in the GOP primaries/caucuses in 4 of 6 states is dramatically down. Looks like the voters are going to sit this one out. Maybe that's why they're trying so hard to kill Democratic turnout with voter suppression.
Speaking of caucus, having presided over the Obama/Clinton caucus after the primary here in Texas, I've decided that caucus is a mispronounced contraction of cluster fuck.
We were all surprised to learn that Mitt makes $21 mil/year doing nothing; being unemployed. That's $57k a day or $7.2k an hour. That's NOTHING! Rick's benefactor, Foster Friess, funds a foundation with three times that. That's just the charity donation he makes, not his personal income.
The top .1% can't relate to the top 1% who can't relate to the next 4% and it doesn't take much imagination to figure out how well they all relate to the rest of us.
What we need is a super pac to fight super pacs. Solicit money to defeat any congress critter who votes against a Constitutional Amendment overturning Citizens United and any State critter who votes against ratification.
