Bodily excretions, alone or a mixture of them, are a natural part of life.

I regret that they have been disparaged by association with the likes of Rick Santorum. We should find something more disgusting to link him to, like radioactive waste, or coal slurry.

Other suggestions are welcomed!

was growing inside my fallopian tube? It was alive and potentially a continuation of life. However, if it was not removed from me, it would become a killer. Oops, that expanding matter just ruptured the tube -- I'm 15 minutes away from being DEAD. Someone is going to die; will it be that unrecognizable bunch of cells or would it be me? Fortunately for me, my baby daughter and my husband, the hospital and the doctors had no such religious qualms.

This is the problem with these over-arching statements that all fertilized eggs are somehow sacred. There are instances where they are a serious danger to the host. None of the proposed laws have made exceptions for ectopic pregnancies. In fact, some even mandate that there are no exceptions to the laws against abortion.

Uniquely more than just "a natural part of life."

The sperm and egg are merely initiators of the process.

But even they are no longer unique.

that his name will be forever tied to that definition. It just occurred to me that he deserved much worse verbiage, so I started thinking of other things to which I would equate him.
