5. I agree, he doesn't seem to be doing his job

Ignoring the banking fiasco that crashed our economy is the big one. Why was that not terrorism? People lost their jobs, homes, health--everything.

To not even attempt to determine exactly who was responsible and bring them to justice was negligence.

I'm not as concerned about the more recent stuff, at least until we know more. But the banking investigation should have been Job One on Day One, especially considering what the economy was like at that time.
