Let me guess: was he ranting about Benghazi? Joe was having a bit of difficulty controlling that conversation earlier. Richard Wolfe was making fun of him.

I also loved how Coburn totally avoided the question on Mark Sanford. But his whole "performance" was sickening. He's blaming everyone else in Washington, calling his colleagues liars, while ranting about why we need guns in National Parks to stop all the rapes the Army Corps of Engineers allows to happen -- so he slid his amendments into a water rights bill. What a total piece of slime.
