How, exactly, would background checks at gun shows have prevented the tragedy at Sandy Hook?
Or is this the case of those who would have restricted gun ownership the day before Sandy Hook a case of odious cretins standing on the bodies of dead babies to further their political agenda?
I'm not accusing. I'm asking, because I think a far better use of MY time, if not YOURS, is to pump a few bucks towards treating the mentally ill as human beings who deserve some help from the rest of us, but not, necessarily, in the form of having access to guns.
I'm just sayin'...
