NRA Board Member Ted Nugent claims troops committing suicide because they don't like Obama

Ted Nugent: Military Service Members Are Committing Suicide Because Obama Is "Violating" The Constitution
by Olver Willis

In an appearance on conspiracy theorist Alex Jones' radio show, NRA board member Ted Nugent blamed the epidemic of suicides among veterans and active duty military on frustration with President Obama for supposedly "violating" the Constitution.

Nugent, who has appeared on Jones' show several times, told the host that the military is frustrated with Obama for "violating the oath that they're dying for," which is leading to an unprecedented increase in suicides.

TED NUGENT: I'm going to hit you with something even more ugly, and just heartbreaking, and anti-American than anything else -- I bet you've covered this, Alex.

We have an epidemic, an unprecedented increase in heroes of the U.S. military committing suicide, and I'm going to tell you why. And I'm sure the leftist blogs are going to attack me, misquote me, but I'll tell you why more and more warrior heroes of the military are killing themselves: Because they are in absolute frustration and heartbreak that their boss, their Commander-In-Chief violates the Constitution that he has made an oath to while their hero warrior blood brothers are being blown to smithereens and blown up while executing their oath to the same Constitution that the president, the vice president, and the attorney general violate.

Some would say that we should ignore Ted Nugent but I disagree, this guy is the face of the NRA and the Republican Party and I think he needs to be placed front and center to show how crazy the NRA and the teabaggers have become

The Ted Nugent for President Facebook page currently has nearly 200,000 likes, we may laugh at this idiot but the right-wing actually takes him seriously and think he would make a great President. They also think that pants pooping is an act of bravery.

Not to degrade the weasel by comparing him to them, rather used as a matter of speech.
Anyone who'll shit his pants and then wear them days on end to stay out of a chance to serve does not a good person make

No matter how many times he puts on his feathered headdress and prances around onstage with guns, Ted can't change the fact that he's a coward who ran.

Ted has zero basis to speak for the military on anything.

And where does this guy, who has advocated fucking secession, get off telling us who respects the constitution?

Ted hates the constitution so much, he wants to split off to Dumbfuckistan to get out from under it.

do any of these NRA advocates care that Nugent spent the better part of 2 decades raping little girls all over the world- He says he prefers them very young and calls his pedophilia a "sweet tooth". Anyone that maintains a membership with the NRA is supporting the arming and rewarding of pedophiles. there really is no other way of putting it- No one forces them to join an organization with Klan members and child rapists for thier board. The scum that join the NRA are joining of thier own accord. Freedom of association is a bitch, huh?

It is truly baffling how that much time can just *poof* vanish.

Well, not so much from him, I think the syphilis has simply rotted away his brain stem. I bet one day he'll be rockin' away in the shower and his head will simply snap off.

At the end of Patton's infamous Speech to the Third Army (an extremely sanitized version of it, minus a few things, opens the movie Patton) he told the troops that thirty years hence, when their grandsons were sitting on their knees asking what they did in the great Second World War, they wouldn't have to say they shoveled shit in Louisiana.

If I was the induction center doctor I would have taken Ted to the 25 cent car wash, inducted him into McNamara's 100,000 as a Duty Soldier, and had him assigned to Fort Polk...specifically so that thirty years from then, when he sat by the fire with his illegitimate grandson on his knee, and that grandson asked "Mr. Nugent, what did you do in the great Vietnam War," he would have to answer "I tried to dodge the draft but they sent me to shovel shit in Louisiana instead."
