I kinda doubt it, Frank is not a show biz A lister that would get an invite to such an event.

I'm an old MSTIE from way back. That's one of the many reasons I'm a Keith Olbermann fan - Keith repeatedly had MST people on his old show.

Keith was the most comedy aware of anybody ever in television news broadcasting, in my opinion. When was the last time Rachel or Chris Hayes quoted Bob and Ray, anyway?
