NEW YORK (AP) — A federal appeals court in New York says even mediocre employees deserve protection from sexual harassment.
The ruling Friday by the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals restores a $5 million lawsuit by Renee Mihalik (mih-HAW'-lihk) of Hoboken, N.J.
The court says there was substantial evidence that she performed her job poorly at Credit Agricole Cheuvreux North America Inc.
But it says a jury might find that her supervisor used her shortcomings as an excuse to humiliate and punish her for opposing his discriminatory behavior.

So unfair! This is what is wrong with America. Liberal socialist judges trying to stifle the rights of employers.
