To be fair, George W Bush signed into law the National Do Not Call Registry.

I mean, yeah, there were the wars and Katrina and the collapse of the economy and torture and tax cuts for the rich and all that, but you gotta admit, telemarketers are really annoying...

Unlike all the other stuff you mentioned, the wars, his tax cuts for the wealthy etc.

And I don't think he is a 'sap', never did, I think he is a war criminal.
