If the Tsarnaevs were Al Qaeda trained, then A-Q's tradecraft has turned to shit.

The young one was tooling down the sidewalk, hoodie down, without sunglasses on a sunny day, and with his baseball hat worn backward for what reason? To make sure his face was as completely visible as possible?
I'm perfectly happy to wait until this shakes out and we learn a LOT more about what motivated these two little bastards, but right now, for me at least, some nefarious Al Qaeda terrorist connection appears unlikely.

I really don't know what to believe about other cells and outside support. I too am doubtful, but am willing to wait for it settle out.

The guns were clearly illegal in MA. Mandatory background checks (which I support) might have deterred an out of state seller unless they were already stolon.

I have not seen circuit board based explosive timers documented online and it certainly is not in the Anarchist Cookbook.

Like I said, massive opportunity for conspiracy theories, Glen Beck, and general woo.
